Payment for services
Payment for services may be covered (in part or in whole) by some extended insurance plans (e.g., Blue Cross etc.). Please contact me for further information. Unfortunately, services are not covered by OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan).
Payment is due at the end of every session and a receipt will be given when payment is received.
I require 24 hours notice should an appointment need to be cancelled in order to avoid charging for the missed session.
