I offer my clients a unique combination of experience and training, firmly rooted in psychology, counselling, and business.

My education and experience in counselling psychology allows me to support clients through difficult or complex times in their lives. Clients are provided with a safe, confidential, and comfortable place in which to experience focused attention and compassion. Together, we explore the issues that are creating discomfort or distress and identify ways to make positive, lasting changes.

I have spent over 20 years working in Toronto’s business community, occupying roles in senior management and business consulting. This work provides me with valuable insight into individual and team dynamics, and first-hand knowledge of the trends, joys, and challenges inherent in the working world.

I offer a unique perspective together with professional concepts and strategies that result in clarity, problem resolution, and forward-movement for personal or work-related concerns.
